3. *Foster a respectful environment*: Our “No Touch” policy helps maintain a professional and respectful atmosphere during training sessions.

Guidelines:

  1. Trainer: Refrain from physically touching or holding onto participants’  bodies during training sessions.
  2. Participants: Take responsibility for their own balance and control, using verbal cues and visual guidance from Trainer/Coach as needed.
  3. Verbal guidance:  Trainer/Coach provide verbal guidance and feedback to help participants adjust their balance and technique.

Benefits:

  1. Improved balance and control: Participants develop essential skills and confidence in balancing their cycles.
  2. Increased safety: Reduced risk of accidents and injuries
  3. Enhanced learning experience: Participants learn to rely on themselves and develop problem-solving skills.

Exceptions:
In the event of an emergency or serious safety concern, instructors or assistants may intervene physically to ensure participant safety.

By following this “No Touch” policy, we create a safe, supportive, and effective learning environment for all participants.
